BEI removed an old deck and a portion of the driveway to install a custom outdoor kitchen, dinning area, natural gas fire pit with seating wall, and lower patio that doubles as a turn around for cars backing out of the garage.

We removed the old existing deck and a portion of the driveway that was not being used. We installed new drainage for the downspouts located along the rear of house. We installed a raised full color slate patio with a seating wall, pillar and outdoor kitchen. We installed a lower patio with a portion being full color slate and re-purposed the existing pavers that were removed to create a turn around area for cars backing out of the garage. This also allows the driveway to be used during large get togethers for additional space and seating. The lower patio also has a natural gas fire pit and a seating wall that wraps around half of it. The seating wall and steps of the patio also have low voltage landscape lighting. The entire backyard landscape was redone and the irrigation system was modified and updated to handle the new space.
