BEI removed an old patio, steps, and porch and built a two-level patio with an outdoor kitchen, pond-less waterfall, and fireplace.
The existing concrete back porch and steps as well as an existing bluestone patio were removed. Two trees also had to be removed and the existing air conditioning units were moved to a new location. A raised patio was constructed off the house featuring an outdoor kitchen, seating walls, and low voltage accent lighting. A lower bluestone patio was also constructed and features an outdoor fireplace that is used year round by the owners. A pond-less waterfall flows from the upper patio to the lower patio on the driveway side providing both a visual as well as an auditory focal point. The entire backyard was also re-landscaped, the irrigation system completely renovated, low voltage accent lighting installed throughout, and new sod installed. This project featured real natural cleft bluestone, stone veneer walls with brick accents, and a bluestone counter top for the kitchen.
